Before Calling us.... |
| If you have
problems with either email or your web site please FIRST
try performing a random Google Search. If you are
unable to do this then please reboot BOTH your PC and
router or modem. Check all cables.
If this does not resolve the problem (and you can
still not perform a Google Search) the problem would
appear to be either your equipment or your broadband
connection. Contact your broadband provider for help
(that may be us, or it may be a 3rd party). If we
provided your equipment then please contact us even if
we do not provide your broadband. |

having no problems viewing random 3rd party sites or
performing searches, but are having problems with
services provided by pinkdylan, them please contact us
as detailed to the right: |

There are no current server issues.
Note; we are currently nearing completion of the move
of all clients services to new servers. In all cases
mail has been moved, most web sites have also been moved
but a handful remain. We will advise clients
individually should we need them to take any action.
